Phelans Pharmacies are a family-owned group of pharmacies based in Cork city and county in the South of Ireland, run by Conor and Denise Phelan. Following Conor's graduation from Trinity College Dublin, he and his wife Denise opened their first pharmacy in Carrigaline, Co. Cork, in 1988. In the intervening years they have established eleven more pharmacies in the Cork area. Conor and Denise introduced the concept of late night pharmacy to Cork in the 1990's and have become synonymous with this service. In 2003 they sold these pharmacies and now retain two – Carrigaline and Glanmire
